How to display categories description in hosts cms?

There is a site on hosts cms. There was a need to display the description of the headings. After a few hours of googling, a few rubrics popped up and others didn't. I don't know why. Google did not tell me how to solve this riddle. And I'm not strong in this CMS. Tell me who knows.

Look inside the XSLT template.
Probably there is a condition either for the number of products in this category (if 0 is not shown) or some other.
I can't say more without seeing the pattern. Show me a piece

<xsl:template match="/shop">
...
</xsl:template>

Check again. Being authorized in the admin panel, enable the site admin panel (if disabled), enable it to show XML / XSL and see what data is passed to the template for processing.
PS Move the description under the goods. Products are always more important than SEO texts.
