How to remove buttons from reading pane in Outlook 2016?

Good day. Can you please tell me how to remove these buttons from the preliminary reading area of a letter in Outlook 2016? (Reply, Reply all and Forward). Or at least remove the Reply button and leave only Reply all and Forward.
