My goal is to remove this function, remove this line, or break the output itself. Before this task, I sometimes opened a walk, and here I thought that the problem is primitive, find a function, break the counter / string and that's it, however, as I understand it, there is a checksum check, and this is not so easy to do.

You will have to write with a programmer, bypass integrity checks, do you need it? A person with a programmer can still reset it.
I propose to set a password on the HDD (BIOS - Security - HDD password), there will be almost the same window when turned on, but it will be more difficult to bypass it
