How to remove a virus from WordPress?

On the hosting, the antivirus detected a virus:
Sanesecurity.Malware.26449.JsHeur.UNOFFICIAL
I did not find any information about this virus on the Internet. Has anyone encountered him?

1) install the Wordfence plugin and crawl the site
2) update all plugins, themes and VIs
3) scan the database for extra tables
4) review functions.php for extra code
5) if the site has premium plugins (zeroed), then study from the code.
6) compare the VI files from the repository with yours and find the extra PHP. Usually they are in wp-includes or wp-content/plugins etc.
