Download sorts, delete the line, assemble and deliver.
But why? This mechanism is specifically designed to ensure that no one has ever visited these sites via http.

The task is more difficult than it seems. Not only do you need to remove the domain from this list in the sources, but also ask everyone who has ever installed Chrome and other browsers with an old address list that includes yours to upgrade their browser. I can only recommend to install some free SSL certificate.
