Organization of the Internet and video surveillance, how to do?

Hello, I want to equip video surveillance and the Internet, there are 5 ip video surveillance cameras and 4 RJ-45 sockets, a total of 9 ports, a wire comes from the router to a neighboring house.
I want to make a shield in which all sockets and cameras will be connected and connect all this through some kind of switch to the router. What switch to choose? Maybe there are special shields for this? Do I need a POE switch? Briefly, can you sketch some scheme?
I'm thinking of taking a POE switch and powering both sockets and cameras into it, and all this into one input of the router.

Hello.
You can buy a managed D-link switch, for example, or a hub (budget-friendly but with a small number of cameras tolerable) and hang IP cameras on them as you like.
But here a lot of nuances appear:
1 - Do you just need to watch the cameras remotely without recording?
If not, then budget for local storage of data on your servers or purchase of a DVR for data storage, or cloud storage (there are ready-made solutions).
I can offer the following schemes:
Camera -> switch (hub) -> local DVR -> router -> computer (remote device)
Camera -> switch (hub) -> router -> Your server -> computer (remote device)
Camera -> switch (hub) -> router -> Cloud storage -> computer (remote device)

2 - POE is great, but it can be passive and active. Passive is when there is enough power to transmit via utp power, but alas, not all cameras are like that. More often met with active POE injectors. Here for more details.
3 - Signal attenuation with a long cable length. Keep in mind that the utp signal limit is 100 meters without repeaters.
4 - Router. You can use any of your business. But in any case, you will have to forward ports to the cameras separately in it. And if you also want to hang a local network of users and cash registers on the router, for example, then you will need port management for sure. I'm talking about limiting the speed on the port, so that Masha from the personnel department does not consume all the traffic with her YouTube.
I omit the moment if users on wi-fi are still sitting on the router, then its capacity may not be enough at all.
You can put restrictions on the cameras themselves or on the DVR. It does this by setting the picture quality when viewing or recording a picture (it depends on the scheme of your camera connection, see point 1 ).

I want to do this, 90 thousand should meet, unless the DVR has to be changed, do you think it will work?
