How to remap keys for copy/paste, etc.?
I'm thinking of switching to a dvorak layout, but what about CTRL C / CTRL V? Is it possible to somehow bind in Windows to those keys that are more convenient than reaching out every time. I would score on it but often you have to copy something. Myself on Windows 8.

This can be done with any program that can remap keys. For example Mkey.
