How to relay a Skype call to a local network?

Tasks - relaying a Skype call to the local network. Are there any solutions to broadcast audio on the fly. Searched, found only for Broadcast recordings.

В чем проблема. Через вирутальную камеру снимаешь экран(окно скайпа) и на ютуб транслируешь
