Are songs deleted from SoundCloud?

I want to upload some music on my site through direct links. This can be done from SoundCloud.com. I'm wondering if music will be removed from this service? Let's say I post a link to some new song from someone else's SoundCloud account on my website, and if the owner who posted it in his soundcloud.com account deletes it, will the song be completely deleted from the cloud and it can no longer be listened to via a direct link? Another question: If I upload music in my SoundCloud.com account, the author of which does not allow downloading it from the Internet or something like that (copyright, etc.), even if I bought some music and then uploaded it - will it be deleted?
