How to reinstall Windows Server 2012r2 bootloader?

Hello! Tell me, please, about reinstalling the windows server bootloader. 2012.
The question is short:
There is an ssd with obviously working windows server files and directories (the only partition). Everything is in place, even the boot directory, but there is no bootloader on this disk. Is there an option to install it so that the only windows server OS starts from this disk? The option described here , alas, does not work. Displays a message that 0 installed windows were found. ?
The question is long and with background:
I used linux, but needed windows server. I took a second ssd, connected instead of a drive and rolled windows server into it. I don’t remember if the bootloader was restored or not, in short, my xubuntu, any memtest and windows server were displayed in grub. Everything was ok until I decided to use the first ssd that had linux on another computer. Situation: if you leave the disk with Windows and put ubuntu in the remaining space, it does not see Windows even after
$os-prober
$update-grub.
(The output of os-prober is empty - it doesn't output anything).
But if you insert the first ssd back, then everything loads as it should.
Copying windows server boot information from the old ssd to /boot/grub/grub.cfg on the new one doesn't help either.
So what should I do?
