How to reinstall macOS on iMac without internet access?

It so happened that at the moment at home only very slow mobile Internet.
I have: iMac 27 "Mid 2011, and a completely empty hard drive. Internet Restore shows that 210 hours are left to download. Such a time, of course, is unacceptable.
Is it possible to install MacOS in another way? For example, download a disk image somewhere (I can download from iMac
2011 doesn't come with a macOS disc as you know.

Take a thread (if any) from a disk with a distribution that used to be distributed on disks - for example, leopard or snow leopard.
And if it is possible to download it elsewhere, then there is no problem at all - download the distro of the same mountain lion and upload it even to a USB flash drive or to a disk - the network is full of manuals.

Only from disk or USB flash.
