coremanager is already the newest version (5.210.0-1-ubuntu18).
The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
  linux-headers-4.15.0-20 linux-headers-4.15.0-20-generic
  linux-image-4.15.0-20-generic linux-modules-4.15.0-20-generic
  linux-modules-extra-4.15.0-20-generic
Use 'apt autoremove' to remove them.

install.sh: line 2000: /usr/local/mgr5/sbin/mgrctl: No such file or directory

I foolishly deleted the /usr/local/mgr5/ folder
Bottom line:
I can't remove packages.

Hello.
Specify, do you already have some information on the server?
It's best to just reinstall the OS on the server. If there are backups, then you can then restore users and sites from the backup.
