How to reinstall a domain controller with DOF?

Actually there is a Domain Controller with a dns server and a file sharing service,
there is no Backup CD It is

Usually done like this:
Raise the second controller - Promote it to the main one - Transfer the FSMO roles to it - Turn off the first one - Check that everything works - Turn on the first one - Remove the AD DS role from it - Take it out of the domain.
This is with regard to the transfer of ADDS + DNS.
With a file washer, I think there will be no problems if you leave it on the same wheelbarrow. Just don't take the first PC out of the domain when you remove the AD DS role.
