How to reinitialize plugin in CKEDITOR after setData()?

Good day!
There is CKEDITOR with upload image plugin https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/uploadimage . I am initializing the editor with this plugin. And he works. Then I load the data with ajax CKEDITOR.instances.editor.setData(data); and after that the plugin stops working - the picture is not picked up by the editor, but opened by the browser. There are no errors in the console. CHADNT?
