How to register your qr code?

Hello. I looked through a bunch of resources but did not find a specific answer to my question, so I am writing here. I want to warn you right away that I know what a qr code is and what it is for. And I know that there are a bunch of qr code generators.

The task was to draw a qr code in photoshop, which was done. The QR code is not ordinary, as we are used to seeing, but all the rules are followed. Now I have a problem, but how can I do something when scanning my qr code, the site opens? Exactly my qr code.

Thank you all in advance for your reply.

Judging by the question, you are too self-confident in your "knowledge".
You are confusing. The site is not tied to a QR code, but a QR code is created from a link to the site, from a phone number or email, or wifi connection parameters.
Now I thought that perhaps you wanted to use the same QR code to go to a page that changes over time? You can draw a QR code for a link obtained using any URL shortening service, and then replace the target address for the redirect there. This will give you at the same time the statistics of clicks on the link.

QR code is a patented technology with the right to use freely
if you follow the standard.
https://www.qrcode.com/en/patent.html
Everyone can use the QR Code freely as long as following the standards for QR Codes in JIS or ISO. If you are contemplating uses of QR Codes that do not follow the standard, please consult with DENSO WAVE beforehand.
I don't understand how you drew a QR code in PHOTOSHOP.
But clearly, if you deviate from the standard, then no one is obliged to modify their libraries to work with your version.
