Simple:
Copy code image to clipboard
Create RGB 8 bit image
Paste
Tool: Magic wand - right click - Color range - select white part from edge - delete
Tool: Magic wand - right click - Color range - select black part
Menu: Image - Correction - Replace color, change black to white
Insert grass
Drag the grass layer back
[Add shadows and other shit - optional]
