How do I refresh the page when I go back on the site so that it contains up-to-date data? Suppose, when moving from ad to ad, the previous one could already become inactive, but when the user presses back in the browser, he sees outdated information that the ad is active.

Why would you want to go back? Do a redirect after the signout.
