How to reduce the size of a qcow2 disk?

Tell me how you can reduce the size of the qcow2 disk used for ntfs if the qcow2 disk itself is 100gb and the partition created on it is 70gb - how to bite off the remaining 30gb from the qcow2 container itself?

Detailed instructions, if still relevant Shrink Qcow2 Disk Files https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Shrink_Qcow2_Disk_Files
Although Trim and virtio_scsi driver are enabled on my guest, Discard is installed in the disk properties, it does not automatically shrink. Although the size of the backups is critical for me, not the disk itself. To prevent information deleted by the guest from getting into the backups, just run sdelete -z on the guest (windows)
