Hello everyone
Situation: a small product company (about 16 developers) from Nizhny Novgorod.
Quite often, developers with 3-5 years of experience pack their bags and leave for Moscow, motivated by the fact that there is more salary, a better company, more opportunities, and so on. At the same time, the salary is 10-20% less than Moscow, which, taking into account the cheaper life in the city, turns out to be many times more profitable.
What strategies can be used to stop you from moving "for a better life"?

less inclined, but for young people it must, if not Moscow, then Dublin at least
