How to reduce the number of disk subsystem accesses?

In the course of numerous experiments, I was able to determine the cause of the strange behavior of virtual machines. As it turned out, in Windows 10 Update 2004, Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022, there are too many disk subsystem hits and VMware Workstation will not have time to write files to .vmdk. As a result, the virtual machines are running until the first reboot of the host. On Ubuntu 18.04 and Windows Server 2012 R2 (as a guest) there is no such effect.
How to reduce the number of disk accesses and solve problems with virtual machines?

@Drno

analyze what the disk is loading. disable these services....
but strange as it may seem, but I don’t have this problem on virtualbox ... and everything is recorded

except to cache more.
