How to redirect traffic to another IP (iptables?)?

There is a modem that opens its port 8080 and sends it to the computer on the locale at 192.168.1.2. There is an access point on the computer and my laptop has the address 192.168.0.16. How to send this traffic directly to the laptop (but through the computer)?
Internet <-> Modem (8080 -> 192.168.1.2:8080) <-LAN-> PC (192.168.1.2) <-wireless-> Laptop
