How to redirect traffic from one PC to a local network with AD?

An organization with a recently connected Internet from the PCT. The meaning is that the Internet will appear on the PC only after the certificate + registration of the proxy server is installed on it in the settings. The dilemma is that there are more than 100 PCs in the organization (there used to be another more loyal provider with a static IP) and prescribing this to everyone = a so-so task. How to do so in order to set up one server or router and redirect traffic to the network without crap with certificates and address rewriting on each machine. Otherwise, a working AD and a bunch of intranet services go to hell.
Thank you !

Raise a proxy on any machine that will look at your upstream proxy, install a certificate on it.
All other machines will go through this proxy server.
In general, it is not clear why, in the presence of AD, you are talking about some kind of manual settings.
And the proxy settings and the certificate can be spilled through group policies.
