How to redirect from google.com to bing.com for LAN?

Hello connoisseurs. Task: there is a local network, there are machines with Windows and one with Kali Linux in it. All traffic goes through the machine with Kali Linux (80th and 443rd port). How to redirect from google.com to bing.com for Windows machines (when requested through the browser of google.com to redirect to bing.com)? All actions can be carried out only on a machine with Kali Linux.

Well, theoretically, there is a way, but it seems to me that the chela with Kali cannot overcome it :)
What is the difficulty here - in certificates. Google has switched everything to https, and replacing the Google certificate ... is possible, but under very specific circumstances.
That is:
- Raise DNS on Kali, where to register Bing addresses for Google and configure all Windows to use this DNS (and no DNS-over-HTTPS!)
- Raise CA on Kali (or even on Windows, if there is a server one), register this CA trusted on all Windows and issue the necessary certificates for the bumping proxy.
- Raise squid to Kali, configure it for bumping and run all Windows strictly through it. At the same time, squid itself must use its own DNS, so that when accessing Google, it goes to bingo.
