How to redirect a program request to a local server?

There is a program that sends a request to check the license to a remote server, the request uses not the domain name, but the IP address of the server. I need the request to go to my server raised on my computer (Open Server). There was a similar question, but none of the solutions helped.

Routing on the gateway. Because the router sends everything that is not a local subnet to an external port.

Well, raise this address as an alias on your open server, and on Windows, specify the route to this IP address through the local IP address of your open server :-)
