How to redirect a domain to another domain without displaying the latter's URL?

Do you need to redirect the a.com domain to the b.com domain so that a.com is displayed after the redirect?
But the situation is not so simple. b.com uses APACHE routing. In other words, entering the server IP b.com - for example (123.123.123.123) I see the APACHE test page, and entering b.com - the site. How to write a correct redirect to a.com?

No way, only edit in the Apache config, as it waits b.comand nothing more than that.
