How to organize online video on the server?

Hello everyone, please tell me how you can organize online video (Movies) on the server, that is, the films are uploaded to a folder and are simply added to the player's link on the site via a direct link. With a normal insert, the movie does not play until the whole one is loaded. I'm new to this so I don't know all the details. All videos in MP4. Explain what and how or please give links to articles and so on. Server on Apache + Nginx
