How to recruit an initial audience for a new project?

The opinion of people who launched startups or new projects is interesting. I have a project that I am developing in fact Habr only on all topics, not only IT, it should work as follows: the authors publish materials, maintain their journals and place advertisements for their products in a special place allocated for them in the block next to the post, readers read their materials , subscribe to them, understand that they are excellent specialists in their field and buy their information materials: courses, books, etc. or negotiate individually through the site. The key idea is to create a platform where authors will be motivated by money to write quality content on any topic. It is a blogging platform with content store integration. The main functionality is written (MVP for those who are in the subject).
Now the question is how to start this cycle so that readers come to the resource because it contains high-quality material, and authors because it has people who will read it and buy its goods?
So far, to what I was able to get myself a job (I'm a student) and save money to work as a traffic specialist. I don’t consider the option to write and communicate with authors so that they write, because I don’t like to communicate with people. I had experience of communicating with investors, they are ready to give money, but after the project starts to make a profit, but I need money for that in order to achieve this. Writing the material yourself is also not an option, long and boring. I don’t consider stealing from other sites because search engines don’t give traffic to non-unique content, and they can even ban it.

Algorithm of actions on the site, they said that not everything is clear.
1 You register on the site.
2 You create your own journal where all your articles will be displayed - for this, there is a drop-down list at the top right of the "write" button, clicking on which will display a link to create a journal. Then fill in all required fields. Save.
3 You publish your entry, click "Write" and fill in the title and content fields and select the journal in which you want to publish.
That's all!

I format it as an answer):
This is a classic marketplace problem. Users do not come because there are no products/content, authors/sellers do not come because there are no users. There is no panacea, unfortunately. However, you need to start by attracting authors. Look for them on various sites (the same Habr, Spark, VC), ask them for help, offer them some kind of goodies in the future for publishing their articles, and so on. Create a dozen or two fake authors and articles, create the appearance of activity. And when you have at least some visual hint that the site is live, then try to catch up with some traffic (allocate 10 thousand rubles for advertising in some VK groups, telegrams, etc.) - get a hundred other users. And so gradually increase the audience step by step. In fact, to be honest, it is very difficult to promote the marketplace in our time without investing a lot of money, however, if you really want to, then everything is possible. Good luck)

if there was some working scheme, to get an audience for your projects -> then everyone would start using it and it would immediately stop working.
Therefore, it is necessary to constantly invent something, look for ways to interest people, figure out how to get through to them, and so on.
in any case, no matter how much you dislike doing something, if you have to do it, then you have to do it. If you need to communicate with someone and invite personally, then invite personally, the first users. You need to try and write something, see what the reaction is, how all your circuits work, and so on.
If you yourself, on your project, do NOT want to write, why do you think that someone else will?

You need to hire copywriters or rewriters. Potential readers will not go to a site where there are no articles. Potential authors will not write for a site where there are no readers. This is a vicious circle that can only be broken by custom content.
Or advertise and launch a competition with an interesting prize fund for the best articles.

IMHO, without significant investments and with the described limitations, the project will not take off.
Try to find an investor. For example, go to FRII.
