How to recover shopping list on ipad?

How can I restore my iPad shopping list from the iTunes Store?
Part of the software disappeared after syncing with iTunes on a new PC.

1. When syncing with a new computer, you must first right-click on the iPad and select "Transfer purchases", then everything will be saved.
2. In order to restore your old software, you just need to buy them again - upon purchase, it will report that this software has already been purchased and just start downloading.
3. You will have to look at the list of old software either on an old computer or simply determine it by the Library folder or by mail billing

You can view your shopping list by clicking the Purchases tab at the top of the Mac App Store window. You can also view your purchase history and web order number information for purchases made in the iTunes Store and App Store for Mac using iTunes.
Note: You can view your App Store for Mac web ordering information in your iTunes purchase history. They do not appear in the Mac App Store.
