Back in 2010, I came across such hdd - through victoria dos I threw it off to the factory (somehow))) - the place returned and the disks worked. what if you make bootable with Linux and format when installing ext4?

Burn a flash drive with live Gparted. delete all partitions and format there

Boot from linux and parted/fdisk.
If they don’t see it, then they die, this happens - I haven’t seen it with ssd yet, but flash drives die just like that. It's best to ask Zettabyte - he knows a lot more about disk recovery than we do.
