How to output video from ip camera to Smart TV?

Good day.
There are 7 Hikvision IP cameras and a PC-based recorder with iVMS-4200 software. The task is to bring these 7 cameras to TVs through their built-in browsers, since it is expensive to buy about 8 TVs for each TV with an "iron" registrar, and there is no wired network to TVs, TVs go online via wi-fi. I go through the TV browser on a PC with iVMS-4200, there is no video because it requires a plug-in that naturally does not support TV. What are the alternatives to display video on Samsung Smart TV?

googled for duplication of the PC desktop on the TV, if the PC is not in use at the time.
