Why can nvme crash while copying?

Samsung nvme 970 PRO 512 gigabytes.
OS (archlinux or debian doesn't matter - same behavior).
Background. The above disk began to fall into an error after six months of work on it. The system hung tightly. Entering any command resulted in an input/output error. Only a hard reset with the reset button helped.
Gave the disc under warranty. Replaced with a new one.
Now I installed the system and it fell out again. Made it non-systemic. Cleaned up, formatted. As a result, I came to the conclusion that if you copy a large file to it, for example, a 100 gigabyte virtual machine image. During copying, the disk falls off completely. Randomly at any copy percentage.
lsblk and nvme list do not output it in the end. Until you reload. Mother of the Asus H-370 Pro Tuf Gaming.
How to test where to dig, tell me, pliz.

1st!!! Start monitoring your temperature! (before the first overheating). What is considered overheating for each specific model, see the manufacturer, but I believe that 60.0 ° C and above is a cause for concern!
2nd: replace ALL the "environment", or simply put it in another system unit and test it, not forgetting P.1.
Analysis of the results of these two actions will give direction.

The guys marked everything with a solution. Because what the hell is the problem. Windows also throws an error. Formatting (delete and through nvme-cli and in the BIOS of the motherboard) does not help. Temperature when copying norms. Even, for the sake of strengthening the airflow, I opened the case and put a stupid room fan (in this case, the temperature of the disk during copying is 45 degrees. By the way, when copying from a slow ssd disk to this problematic nvme, nothing falls off, the problem is observed only when copying from another nvme disk. Change the disks in places to eliminate the problem on the slots, everything is the same - only Samsung is buggy).
In short, I left the problem, new hardware will come soon (another mother, percent and memory), I will stick this disk there. If the same thing again I'll take it to the guarantee.
