How to recover keys for Windows and Office?

There are about 30 computers.
Everything must be licensed for everyone:
Windows 7 and 10, 32 and 64, Pro (maybe Home is somewhere);
Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 (Maybe there is also Home somewhere, but unlikely).
Many computers have a sticker with a Windows key. But it could be rearranged, and the key could be used on a nearby computer.
Windows and office were purchased at different times, from different companies. Documents from all companies cannot be found now (most of them are available, there are also unused stickers), but I need to knock out all the keys so that everything is legal and the sticker matches the existing paper and computer, or so that I understand that this version of the software needs to be covered by another legal license.
Question: Is it possible to simply restore the purchased keys, which lie in a large file and are definitely not stolen, but bought for the office, or which are activated, but for some reason are missing in the "Keys" file?
And can the documents be restored to all legal keys?

PS: I have already noticed that the LicenseCrawler program does not correctly display the key that was originally used to install Win7, and then upgraded to Win10; and the office installed from 2019 with one license displays in Crawler with another (the script cscript ospp.vbs / dstatus from the office folder also issues). And the ProduKey program does not see Office 2019, which is already licensed.

Search and select documents. Only postings on primary documents are the basis for the purity of the license. Stickers are for beauty.
I don’t know how you take into account computers (hardware) and intellectual property (programs), but inside the accounting card there should be a posting from the receipt document.
