What to do if any game from the Windows Store crashes?

When you open almost any game from the Windows Store, it crashes.
PC Specs:
Intel Xeon CPU E5-2686 v4 2.3GHz(2 CPUs)
256GB RAM
2 TB + 0.5 TB SSD
Amazon EC2 Elastic GPU(what doesn't support DirectX)
