How to recover information on MicroSD?

Hello. I erased service information on MICRO SD samsung 32Gb.
Result: the card is seen only by the PDA and the Chinese tablet (and the tablet even determines the volume), the PDA creates a new folder, changes the name of the folder and deletes it, does not see the rest of the card.
Please help - tell me how to restore the card
