How to recover files from C:\ drive?

Hello everyone, a very strange situation (for me). After sending the commit to github, I noticed the removal of some icons from the desktop and the removal of some files from the PC that are in different folders ..
1) I restored the previous version of the PC, but the files are still missing, in folders
2) I try to enter commands, nothing it turns out

And what do you have, the whole disk c in the turnip? Most likely the git has nothing to do with it.
