How to recover deleted email from Gmail trash?

An important letter was missing from the gmail mailbox, which was written, sent to one address, and forwarded to another address. But it strangely disappeared. It's not in the cart or shipped. Is there any way to recover a deleted email? Google can only recover messages from the trash :) :), and upon request for suspicious activity, it sent a template letter that, unfortunately, the letter was deleted forever (of course, I believed so :)).
The account has dual authorization, so it seems strange that someone logged into the account without the knowledge. But the question is not about that, but about whether it is possible to recover the letter. Or, for example, on a smartphone (android), roll back a day to view the letter in outbox?
