Is there a web based CRM based on Google Spreadsheets?

At the moment we have cloud CRM and many different forms implemented through Google Spreadsheets. This is due to the specifics of our business (sales, training, testing) and a unique motivation system. This leads to the fact that managers are forced to enter data into various programs several times. Is it possible to flexibly merge CRM and Google Spreadsheets? Maybe someone can suggest a solution?
