How to recover .css file from browser cache?

How to recover a file from browser cache?
By chance, when working with a bunch of Chrome + Notepad ++ and WinSCP, I incorrectly replaced the entire .css file with the neighboring one, exited the editor.
I updated the cache with CTRL+F5, got the website styles that had moved down.
I searched in the temporary folders AppData / Temp ..., without results, everything seemed to have evaporated, there were no temporary WinSCP connection files left. I installed a utility for displaying Chrome cache files - it shows the updated file and only, not a hint of the old version.
I would be grateful if you tell me how else you can try to return the file.

No way, CTRL+F5 erased it. Now, if there is another browser where the cache has not been updated, then you can copy or save it in the developer tools.
