There were quite a few important contacts from the past period of my life, which I really need now. However, the SIM card after blocking is simply not detected by the phone.
As far as I understand, blocking a sim does not physically delete data from it. Dear experts, is there a way to get them out of there?

But I am very surprised that the operator has blocked access to the card. Of course, I am not familiar with the peculiarities of operators in the Russian Federation, but the last time I saw a SIM card with L-IN was in 2001. Are you sure it's a READ EF LOCI block and not a hangup, for example?
