How to recover browser history?

I don’t know why, but it seems that because of all sorts of cleaners (CCleaner, etc.), the history was deleted earlier on December 7th. What to do? For some reason, the history was also not preserved on myactivity.google.com, although the browser is synchronized and cleaners should not affect the cloud. The history is deleted regularly (inexplicably, but true), and I would like to restore old records, and not listen to a lecture on how to make backups. Handy Recovery was unable to restore the file C:\Users\User\Appdata\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\local storage\History
UPD: Thanks for the help everyone, attempts to restore data on the side of the client PC did not lead to anything, but myactivity.google.com suddenly started displaying the whole history.
