How to remove blocked resources from Google?

In Google, blocked resources (related to Google's innovations) have recently appeared on the client's site.
Pictures and gifs got into the blocked resources, how to remove them, who knows (In the robots.txt file, I added them as Allow: /skin.../file - but so far this has not helped)? And how long does it take to reindex and check these resources? Thank you.
