How to recover a PSD file?

At one point, when working in Photoshop, the computer began to slow down and the disk was loaded at 100%. I had to reboot forcibly, but after that the .psd file does not open and it says "Unable to complete the request, a software failure has occurred."
I tried recovery programs, from up to a dozen pieces, but none of them gives the recovered file for free. I haven't found any free software yet. Are there any?

I tried it through GIMP - everything opens, only some filters and smart objects are rasterized to layers
