Boot from a live-cd or flash drive or other disk with r-studio installed (so as not to install on the same disk and not corrupt the recovery data)
Click analyze the desired disk and restore the necessary information
If it has not yet been overwritten on this disk, then r- studio will restore, if there was a record on the disk, then it will partially restore something

one option is to boot from rach livesd, mount the root from the disk and try to reinstall all the packages installed in the system. will be persistent for a long time if there is no local archive of packages. but it will restore everything clean.
