How to record video from the screen with a given frame rate?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me a simple free program for recording video from the screen. Requirements: the ability to set the frequency of taking frames ("once every n seconds"), recording a sequence of these frames in a video file (not a set of individual screenshots). Sound is not needed.
