Em. unfortunately, dvd has already become obsolete.
Have you thought about bluray? all the same, 50 GB per disc ...
purely on the topic - cdburnxp is written on dotnet, if it has command line options - you can try to use them
or write something of your own ...
but in general we had ribbons for backups, and a thick shelf for them screws - downloaded on the grid, backups were made to a hundred, and from there slowly to ribbons

Many burning programs allow you to write to multiple drives at once. Choose which one you like best.

Why can't you run multiple copies of the same program? Just keep in mind that if you write from one screw, then the write speed may drop.

Free program - BurnAware Free
Run several copies of the program and write immediately to a bunch of drives.
When it was necessary to copy about 300 discs, I used it to write simultaneously to 4 drives.
