How to record quick export to PNG/JPG?

Hello! Actually, the question is obvious. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but I just simply do not record this action.
I choose Operations - record a new one, the recording has begun. I choose File - Quick export - Export to PNG / JPG I
stop recording, but no actions are recorded, it's empty!
It may not be possible to record this action, but I suffer like a fool)

Any single layer export, for some reason, is not recorded in the operation. In fact, it is not clear what this decision is connected with, it is very annoying.
What action do you need to automate? Maybe I can suggest an alternative.

Why are there difficulties with actions, if you can simply assign a hot key to the desired operation from the menu item?
I am writing for the English version. There is no localized one and I do not recommend using it.
Menu - Edit - Keyboard shortcuts (or Alt + Shift + Ctrl + K) and select the desired item "Quick export as PNG", specify a convenient and unoccupied keyboard shortcut for it.
There you can also see existing hotkey combinations for popular actions. Personally, it's more convenient for me to just open the "export for web" dialog Alt + Shift + Ctrl + S and (when the necessary quality settings have already been set) with one click (or Enter) the choice of the save location opens, and with the second click the file is already in the desired folder.
