How to record and listen to a MIDI file from a Yamaha-Arius piano in good quality on a computer?

Through the USB cable from the yamaha to the computer, the recording goes to MIDI, the MIDI file is not suitable for listening. what program should I install on my computer to listen to recordings from Yamaha in good quality piano

If it is MIDI - then there is no "quality" there - midi does not store sound, but only stores information about the keys pressed. You need a quality set of piano banks. Try to start with some thread of free sequencer like Ableton Lite.

You need SoundBank from Yamaha ( such as these ), you need to install it in the MIDI mixer of the audio card (through the MIDI mixer settings).
The more tools, and the better the quality - the larger the file size.
