If it is MIDI - then there is no "quality" there - midi does not store sound, but only stores information about the keys pressed. You need a quality set of piano banks. Try to start with some thread of free sequencer like Ableton Lite.
You need SoundBank from Yamaha ( such as these ), you need to install it in the MIDI mixer of the audio card (through the MIDI mixer settings).
The more tools, and the better the quality - the larger the file size.
