How to recognize a building plan?

Good afternoon!
There was a need to obtain building plans. I have scans of sheets from the data sheet. It takes a very long time to redraw them in graphic editors.
Advise, please, the program for recognition of the plan of the building.
Google gives out only PlanTracer, I would like something simpler.

Spotlight Pro might come in handy. I don’t know how it is with automatic tracing of everything and everything (although such a function was announced), but it coped very well with editing raster images as vector ones. She worked much better with monochrome images than with black and white (grayscale).
