How to receive money without PayPal fees?

I have to send money from abroad exclusively through PayPal, let's say $ 100. I will have to link a card to my PayPal account that can store currencies: UAH, USD, EUR, RUB (this is a payout card). Then they will send me $100 to PayPal and then I will need to withdraw them.
Questions:
1. After the transfer, there will be exactly $ 100 on the PayPal account, PayPal will not take anything for itself?
2. I need hryvnia, can I withdraw $100 from my PayPal account to the card and then convert it at the bank's rate without commission (my bank does not charge a commission for conversion)?
3. In a word, how can I withdraw money from my PayPal account to a card without commissions, that is, $ 100?

No way: this is a service that lives off commissions. Including non-obvious ones, such as currency conversion at an undervalued rate.
In principle, any financial institution takes a commission at some stage
