How to receive and manage video streams from multiple cameras on one laptop?

Colleagues, tell me in which direction to dig, I will also be glad for valuable guidance and related advice:

Task: We are starting a small project with friends, the essence of which is to organize our own Internet TV channel, within which interesting master classes on DIY topics will be held. There is a room, light, a laptop, three GoPro hero3 cameras. they have HDMI outputs

Question: how to get video streams from them to one laptop, so that in the future you can use the yatv.ru/ service to organize the broadcast.

I understand that the question and approach are very lamer, but you need to start somewhere. Advise, if you know, more suitable solutions to such a problem within a budget not exceeding 10,000 rubles.

@Ichi

Do you need to record from all cameras and then process it, or choose online from which camera the stream is coming from?
If the first option, then we connect all the cameras to the laptop and record. You can use, for example, VirtualDub (run one instance and burn) or use programs like iSpy .
If the latter, then you can put three monitors (for viewing recordings from cameras) and write through a set of splitters and a switch. Camera - cable - splitter - cable to the monitor, the second cable to the switch. There is one output on the switch - communication with the laptop. On the laptop, the recording program starts and that's it. You only need to switch to the right camera in time.

The laptop has an HDMI output, not an input. In the specs of the camera it says that there is Wi-Fi. Maybe dig in this direction?
